There is a new craze sweeping the Internet – nlp downloads.
The term NLP was coined by therapists Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1960s. They discovered a new form of therapy which would reshape the world of modern psychology and psychiatry.
The method involved looking at the types of language you use when thinking about problem areas of your life and comparing that to the language used by people who are successful in that area. For example someone who is scared of spiders may think things like “They’re horrible, I hate the way the move, They lookdisgusting” etc. Whereas someone who keeps pet spiders may think things like “They’re fascinating, they are unique, I love spiders”. Is it any wonder these 2 people feel differently?
The second part of nlp is to change the language of the first person and replace it with the type of language used by the second person.
Richard Bandler discovered this by curing people of their fear of elevators. He asked people who used to be afraid of elevator how their beliefs changed. He then used this information to change the beliefs of others.
People were amazed with the consistency of the results. He used to sit in a hotel lobby and cure people of their elevator phobia in just 30-40 minutes. This was much faster than the months needed by therapists at the time.
Over the last forty years NLP has increased in popularity. A new era has been born though – that of the nlp download.
This has brought nlp to the masses – now anyone can use nlp downloads. Simply get them from the Internet and use them in their homes. This is much cheaper than going to an nlp practitioner, and is much quicker than learning nlp for yourself.
All you have to do is play the mp3s or cds and let the messages enter your mind naturally – slowly you will notice your feelings and thoughts change.
